Machine 102 Full Print Setup

1) Match the press tension to the main machine tension.  Start with these equal. 

(NOTES:  This should be done after a good bag has been running on main machine.  These tensions shown are just an example)


2) Turn press pull rollers on (located on operator side or press)


3) Run machine and observe to make sure paper is not following the printing plate.  If paper is following the plate increase the press tension in the positive direction.


4) If print is moving up the bag as it runs adjust press tension in the positive direction.
