  1. Check for correct amount of web slack.

  2. Check spacing (too much) between the former teeth and the striker bar. Refer to the Set-up sheet for settings.

  3. Check spacing (too much) between the lip knife and the striker bar. Refer to the Set-up sheet for settings.

  4. Check for dull teeth on the former and lip knife.

  5. Check to see if the cuts on inside. If it is, Try putting more slack into the web (Cuts on the handle/Operator the web needs less slack)(Cuts on the power side, the web needs more slack)
