Hot Melt Connection Issues - 200 & 300 Series Machines

Issue: The hot melt system is not getting a proper reading at the gun or hose connection. This could be accompanied by a display showing high temperature or low temperature.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Check if the connector to the gun or hose is slightly loose.

  2. Spray electrical contact cleaner on the connector.

  3. Reconnect and test the unit.

  4. If the issue persists, inspect the hose connector pin—if it appears pushed in, the hose may need to be replaced.
