| Open the Glue Pot Cover |
| Lift the cover towards you to expose the glue roller. |
| Adjust Glue Thickness |
| Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the brass arms toward you to set your desired glue thickness on the roller. |
| Loosen Adjustment Lock Bolts |
| Loosen the bolts that lock the adjustment handles in place. |
| Position the Glue Pot |
| Slowly and evenly turn both adjustment handles counterclockwise. This will move the glue pot toward the glue bar. |
| Stop turning as soon as you see glue bar marks on the glue roller. Important: If the glue pot starts to bounce, it is too far in and is contacting the glue bar. In that case, turn the handles clockwise to back it out slightly and repeat the adjustment process. |
| Tighten the Adjustment Lock Bolts |
| Once properly positioned, tighten the bolts to secure the setting. | |
| Run the Machine |
| Bring the machine up to speed and inspect the glue roller for any skipping in the glue bar marks. |
