1 | Installing Change Gear | 1 | Loosen the guard bolts and remove the guard.

| 1a | Remove the nut and washer. |
|

| 1b | Loosen the swing gear bolt and carefully lower the swing gear. Note: machine 101, the swing gear is secured with two bolts. |

| 1c | Remove the existing change gear and install the correct one as specified on the setup sheet. |
|
|
| 1d | Reinstall the washer and tighten the nut. |
|
|
| 1e | Carefully mesh the swing gear with the change gear. Important: Do not bottom out the gears. Maintain a slight gap between the pitch circles of the gears to ensure proper meshing. |
