The Import File
Our import file must be structured the same as the attached file here (4500023977.xlsx). It must be an XLSX file from Excel and contain all of the columns as shown in the file.
The Vendor and Packslip columns will be the same for every single row.

Below we will describe what the primary fields that will be used mean
- Uptake from Excel - Allows us to import a formatted file into the dashboard grid to add records
- Save - Once we have imported records we can save them and submit them for import
- The Grid - It contains fields that are used in the import file
- VendorID - The ID of the vendor we are importing from (ex SPGGB01)
- PackSlip - The shippers pack slip ID. If we do not have one typically we will use a date code like 07232020 for July 23rd 2020
- PartNum - Our part number we are importing into into the system
- Qty - Our quantity (primary inventory unit of measure) that we are importing into the system

- LotNum (Lot Only) - The vendor/manufacturer's lot number assigned to the material
- MfgDate (Lot Only) - The date of manufacture should be provided. If not use today's date.
