Finding Dispatch List Dashboard

The Dispatch List Dashboard screen is located in Production Management > Scheduling > General Operations > Dispatch List Dashboard

Below we will describe what the primary fields that will be used mean

1. Dashboard Filters
   1. Job Number - Look for a specific job on the schedule
   2. Part - Look for a specific part on the schedule across multiple jobs/machines
   3. Resource - Look at a machine, or machines, entire schedule (Matching notation supported. Example below is showing both 200 machines because we searched 20*)
2. View Bag Template - If a template is attached to a part you can click this button to see the digital copy of the art work template
3. View Carton Config - If a carton config is available for a part you can click this button to see the digital copy of the configuration page
4. Generate Change Over Job - Allows manual creation of a change over maintenance job. Supply two jobs that will transition in size and a change over job will be scheduled to run between them.
5. Scheduling Actions - The process related to this section will commit changes in the Dispatch List Dashboard to the actual Production Schedule.
6. Module/Last Run - Shows the last run of the Scheduling Actions processes
7. Description/Activity - Shows the current status information for a process running from Scheduling Actions
8. Dispatch List - The list of job operations, grouped by machine the operation is scheduled on, and sorted by the scheduled Operation Start Date and Operation Start Time ascending
