Experiencing web breaks on machine 137

Solution

Go over step by step options for resolution

  1. Check machine is webbed correctly

  2. Check perf is set correctly

    1. verify perf is set to setup sheet specifications
    2. Observe machine
    3. Too much perf can cause web breaks so backing off perf can correct this.
    4. At times perf can be set too light and may cause the web to snap

  3. Timing

    1. verify timing is set close to setup specifications
  4. Tension
    1. Verify per setup sheet
    2. If web is too tight go with less tension
    3. If web is too loose go with more tension
