			Place empty ink pail on Scale
			“Click” on Dispense Formula on the home screen
	Input data		“Click” on Formula field Input formula number and hit tab Note: the type of container will auto-fill with 5-gallon kit. hit tab Enter the amount of ink you need in pounds and hit tab Note: minimum 15#, maximum 30# and the press number will auto-fill with 101 “Click” tab “Click” on Input User ID field Enter ID number Note: Each authorized person has their own number. Default ID number is set as SPEC (all uppercase) Verify that the Check for rework is clicked Review comments If everything looks accurate “Click” on Data Ok?
			Screen will prompt you to look for any rework matches. Near the center of the screen “click” on Here to close
If APPLICABLE you will be prompted with container level warning screen. If this does not skip to the next step
			“Click” on Start dispensing Note: you will be prompted with a reminder to remove the cover and be sure there is a pail on the scale. “Click” OK Note you may be prompted for bad tare override Y or N. “Click” Yes
Ink will begin to dispense - when dispensing is complete it will default back to data input screen. A pail label will also automatically print from the label printer located on the top of the dispensing cabinet.
			Slowly slide out scale and remove pail
			Place pail on mixer at medium speed for a minimum of 3 minutes
