Preparing for the next job:

  1. Log in to Epicor.

  2. Navigate to the Production Schedule.

  3. Select the Job tab.

  4. Click on "Start Setup."

Setting up the Machine:

  1. Retrieve the Traveler from the traveler box on the machine.

  2. Inspect the Traveler for the following items:

    • Template

    • Sample bag

    • Ink drawdown

    • Plate (Note: Some travelers may have the plate on the plate rack).

  1. Verify that the plate matches the template.

  2. Note on the traveler if multiple jobs match color. Pull the first run sample from the traveler or the sample room.
