Are bags jamming at the PHL drum?

  • Are belts aligned correctly?

  • Are belts tensioned correctly?

  • Is there glue buildup?

  • Align belts per SOP

  • Tension belts per SOP

  • Clean glue

Are bags jamming at the overlapping breaking (timing station)?

  • Are belts aligned correctly?

  • Are belts tensioned correctly?

  • Is break timing off?

  • Align belts per SOP

  • Tension belts per SOP

  • Adjust break timing per SOP

Are bags jamming at the overlapping holding station?

  • Is the holding station distance set per the setup sheet?

  • Are rollers (white) set per the setup sheet?

  • Set the distance per setup sheet

  • Set rollers per setup sheet

Are bags jamming at the stacking transport section?

  • Is the tray distance set correctly?

  • Is the cutoff or tuck bad (bags walking)?

  • Set tray distance

  • Adjust perforation and tuck per SOP

Are bags moving smoothly and not jamming at trays?

  • Are bags jamming as they go into trays?

  • Adjust trays from the screen

Is the PHL homed?

  • Check if the PHL has been homed

  • Reinitialize/home the PHL
