Timing Belt Assembly




The Rear Finger Assembly shaft is movable to accommodate varying face widths. To determine the width that the two finger assemblies should be aprt:

Ensure that the fingers are in the vertical position

the distance between the vertical fingers should be the face width of the bag plus 1/2"

To Adjust:

Step 1 - Loosen the hex bolt on the Timing Belt Assembly allowing the Swing Arm to move freely

Step 2 - Use a wrench to turn the adjustment bolt until you have achieved the proper distance between the fingers

Step 3 - Apply slight pressure to the Swing Arm and tighten the Hex Bolt to maintain tension

Step 4 - To bring the fingers back into a vertical position:

A. - Loosen the Clamp Hub socket head cap screw

B. - Turn the shaft until the fingers are vertical and tighten the socket head cap screw
