Timing in Transfer Rolls

Step 1 - Turn the hand wheel until the knife is abut to cut through, but DO NOT make the cut.

Step 2 - Loosen the 1st transfer roller from the slip collar and move it until it starts to grab the patch. At that point tighten it down.

The 1st roller should have enough pressure on it so the patch will not slip, but not so much that it will cause holes or rips in the release paper.

Step 3 -Β  The 2nd roller should have slight pressure on it. The 2nd roller at this point is a helper.

Step 4 -Β  The 3rd roller should grab the patch just as the 1st roller is letting go.Β
